Hey, readers!
I mentioned in a post a couple months ago, that I had my Christmas and New Year Holiday in Italy. I went there with my mother and we did not only went to Rome - but to Pompeii, Sorrento, and Naples as well. It was fun and exciting, also a bit of an adventure as I planned the trip myself with a little help from mum. I promised that I'll write a travel guide on the trip. However, I've been super busy with school and shit. Pardon my language. So because I have little time, I'll just post some photos and videos instead. This will be a series of blog posts, and now I will only insert food and photos!

Do you have any old bread sitting around in your pantry for days?
Well I do, and honestly, no one likes them - they're dry, hard, and loses it's taste after some time.
I turned my love for desserts and the leftover bread into a delicious pan of bread pudding.
Just like the one my mother used to make me when I was little. The result was exactly like I remembered it to be - sweet, soft, and just melts in your mouth. Best served with a warm cup of tea. It's already tasty on its own, yet adding fresh/dried fruits and spices is optional. I had mine with half a cup of shredded coconuts and raisins plus a sprinkle of cinnamon. Heavenly.

Hey readers,
Do you ever feel like not doing anything?
Some days I just feel myself wanting to lay on a couch, not thinking about my responsibilities and work. A day to let go of all the stress I've had from the past few days. I'm such a lazy-ass potato, I know. However, giving yourself some time to relax after a long week is very healthy.
I always have my lazy days on Sunday. It feels great to have a day relaxing before having a busy Monday. I usually get my homework done on the weekdays so I have plenty of time afterwards. Even though I'm a last-minute kind of person, I'm trying my best to get things done early - as my new year resolution was to stop my habit of procrastinating.

Okay quick pause, there's a windy storm outside knocking hard on my window. It's a Tuesday night and I have a physics test tomorrow, yet I'm here sipping on my warm tea writing this. Anyway, I'm going to show you guys what to do on a lazy day and my essentials!

Hey readers,
There are two things I'm obsessed with, Taylor Swift and food. I admit that I'm a hard-core Swiftie and remember every single lyric of her five albums. I worship her, but you're not here to read me rambling about my love for Taylor. You're here for me rambling about how much I love food instead.
No kidding, I love food on a spiritual level. Cinnamon Rolls is one of my favorite food, so I do take them very seriously. They need to be in the perfect level of fluffiness, not too sweet, and a strong taste of cinnamon. However, there's only one Cinnabon store in Amsterdam and it's rather far from my house.
So to satisfy my cravings for cinnamon rolls, without having to go to the other part of the city, I tried making some from scratch. Let's just say it's not as easy and more of a hassle than I thought it would be. After trying out couple recipes, I started to think it'd be more time saving to hop on a bus and spend 17 euros on a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls.
That's until I came across a brilliant idea while baking myself some butter croissants.
Boom. 30-minutes mini cinnamon rolls.
I went for it and damn I wish it came across my mind sooner.

Hi readers!
Winter break is only a week away and I'm so thrilled as I am going to have my New Years in with my mother. Last year, I went to Prague, Czech Republic and Vienna, Austria (which I already have a post written about). I had lots of fun sightseeing and discovering Prague, so I decided why not write about it also? So I did write about my whole trip.
